Grethe Fremo is a Temple of Radiance Embodied Tantra Facilitator and subconscious transformation practitioner. She is devoted to creating grounded spaces for healing, intimacy, and personal truth. Her work weaves classical Tantra, shamanic wisdom, and energy healing into experiences that support deep embodiment and authentic connection.

Grethe facilitates workshops, retreats, and temple spaces where presence, consent, and emotional safety guide the exploration of intimacy and self discovery. With a background in biology and energy healing, she bridges science and spirituality while helping people release limiting beliefs and reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner authority.

She is passionate about guiding people through life transitions. Her work helps people return to their bodies, reclaim their voice and boundaries, and awaken pleasure and confidence. From this place, they live with clarity, sovereignty, and embodied truth.
